Privacy Policy

Invictus Leadership is a leadership planner for pastors, published by Invictus Leadership Strategies LLC. This policy describes what the app collects, why it collects it, and how you remove it. It applies to the website and to the iPhone and Android apps.

The short version: what you write here is yours. We do not sell it, we do not advertise against it, and we do not use it to train anything.

What we collect

• Your account. Email address and password. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider; we never see them.
• Your profile. Name, church name, timezone, and the day you keep Sabbath. The last two exist so the app knows when your day begins and which day to leave alone.
• What you enter. Daily plans and priorities, time blocks, weekly reviews, team members and one-on-one notes, meetings and agendas, goals and key results, and ministry metrics.
• Billing state. Whether a subscription is trialing, active, past due or cancelled, and when the period ends.
• Push tokens, if you turn on reminders in the app — so a reminder can reach your phone.

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers for advertising. There are no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.

Card details

We never receive or store your card. Subscriptions bought on the website are handled by Stripe; subscriptions bought inside the iPhone or Android app are handled by Apple or Google. We are told only whether a subscription is active.

Who else sees it

Only the services required to run the app: our hosting provider, our database and authentication provider, our payment processors, and — if you enable reminders — the push services operated by Apple and Google. Each processes data on our instructions. We do not sell or share personal information, and nothing you write is used for advertising.

Notes about other people

One-on-one notes and team records describe members of your staff and congregation. They are visible only to you. Please write them as something a person could one day read — that is wise pastoral practice as much as it is good data protection.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. Delete the account and the data goes with it, immediately and in full — see below. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete my account, inside the app or on the web at /account/delete. It removes your account and every record listed above. We keep no copy. If your subscription was bought through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there as well — only the store can stop a store subscription.

Your rights

You can view and correct your profile in Settings, export nothing you have not written, and delete everything at any time. If you are in a place with statutory rights of access, correction, portability or erasure, write to us and we will honour them.

Children

The app is made for working pastors and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
