I forgot my password

Use the reset link. It arrives by email and is good for one hour.

How do I cancel?

If you subscribed on the website, open Library → Manage subscription. If you subscribed inside the iPhone or Android app, cancel in that store’s subscription settings — Apple and Google do not let an app cancel its own subscriptions. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete my account, or on the web here. It deletes everything you have entered. It cannot be undone, and if you subscribed through a store you should cancel there as well.

Why is the app quiet on my Sabbath?

By design. Set the day in Settings; the daily rhythm and its reminders stand down, and the weekly review moves to the day before.

Something is wrong with my data

Tell us what you were doing and roughly when. Do not paste one-on-one notes or anything about a member of your congregation into an email — a description is enough for us to find it.
