Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Invictus Leadership, published by Invictus Leadership Strategies LLC(“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.

What the app is

A leadership planner built on The Pastor’s Leadership Guide. It offers frameworks, prompts and record-keeping. It is not pastoral counselling, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for the judgement God has given you and the counsel of your elders.

Your account

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.

Subscriptions and trial

• $5 per month or $50 per year, after a 14-day free trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
• Bought on the website, billing is handled by Stripe and managed in the app. Bought inside the iPhone or Android app, billing is handled by Apple or Google and must be cancelled in that store’s subscription settings — we cannot cancel it for you.
• If a renewal fails, you keep access for a short grace period while the payment is retried.

Refunds

For website subscriptions, write to us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. For subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled under that store’s policy, not ours.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and show it back to you. We do not use it for advertising or to train models. You may delete it, and your account, at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to store what you have no right to store, or to attack the service or other users. We may suspend an account being used that way.

Availability

We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but we provide it “as is”, without warranty. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending it

You may stop and delete your account at any time. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

Changes

We will give notice in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the app afterwards accepts the revised terms.
